Laser Peel
(Laser Resurfacing)
Dr. Sheng performs CO2 laser resurfacing to remove relatively deep facial wrinkles and scars. The CO2 laser requires the use of general anesthesia to make it more comfortable for you as the patient. There is also an Erbium laser peel which can be utilized for less severe facial lines and scarring: Erbium laser peels can be performed under light sedation or general anesthesia as the patient wishes.
The results are generally excellent. The recovery time will vary depending on how deep the peel has to be done to correct the underlying problem, but may take from one to several weeks.
